DPF Delete, EGR Delete & AdBlue Delete Solutions

We offer many solutions for DPF & EGR problems, including:-

DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER (DPF) REMOVAL
DPF’s Can cause much pain and expense, many fixes for these are short term and it can be challenging to find the right solution, which also can be very expensive. We can remove the insides of a DPF and leave it looking like original then remap the relative engine data to exclude it. This provides better flow rate and will permanently prevent any further DPF issues. *

ADBLUE/ SCR REMOVAL
With anything AdBlue from NOx Sensors to AdBlue Tanks and Non-Start issues, it can all be very expensive, An AdBlue delete can be the most cost effective and a one-off cost to remove the complete system and thus have no further requirements for AdBlue or any AdBlue issue again. EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) REMOVAL/BLANKING OFF
If the EGR is stuck open or closed or has an electrical malfunction this can cause heavy smoking from the exhaust and Under/Over Boost issues. Blanking off or electronically close off EGR’s and remapping the relative management codes out will permanently stop these from reoccurring, *

O2/LAMBDA REMOVAL
O2 Sensors are typically adjusting the AFR with the secondary lambda that monitors if the catalytic converter is doing its job when the vehicle is fitted with a different exhaust system/air intake is fitted, it can cause these to show or become faulty with the EML. Telling the vehicle that this has been done Will reassure you the engine is running back at its full performance safely with no Engine management light. *

SPEED LIMITER REMOVAL
Some vehicles have Manufacture and/or Dealer speed limiters anywhere from 50mph to 155mph. These can usually be removed to allow the vehicle to travel as fast as you deem fit.

SWIRL FLAP REMOVAL
Swirl Flaps are internal flaps within the intake manifold which after time can stick open or closed causing poor fuel consumption and overall running of the vehicle, if left too long they can become brittle and break off into the engine causing catastrophic failure. With deleting these this will element this issue and restore performance Safely

EML CODE REMOVAL
Certain EML are caused by random codes which can be difficult to identify the root cause and can be remapped out to eliminate the dashboard light.

PERFORMANCE GAUGE CALIBRATION.
On most modern vehicles they are equipped with digital sports gauges and when any performance changes are made, these will need to be recalibrated to read the correct values.

ECU SOFTWARE UPDATES
We can either update or back date from the dealer software, which can overcome some dealer emissions issues additionally we can return most ecu to stock by removing a previous remap

OIL PRESSURE SOLUTIONS
Some VAG Group vehicles out of factory have low oil pressure, we can to the correct value for the engine, which will help improve the lifetime of the engine and engine components.

Please be aware that we offer AdBlue, EGR & DPF solutions for Off-Road Usage only. Although it is not illegal to remove the EGR and/or DPF from your vehicle, it is an offence under the Road vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations (Regulation 61a(3))1 to use a vehicle which has been modified in such a way that it no longer complies with the air pollutant emissions standards it was designed to meet. Removal of the EGR and/or DPF will almost invariably contravene these requirements.
